Happening in Norfolk in August this year, this is a great event, not specifically for corvids but you can see Birds of Prey and Falconry Demonstrations which are Fab! It's also a brilliant day out with a real Mediaeval Market, Scribes, Knights, Horses, Nun's, Peasants, Hurdy Gurdies, Bagpipes, all sorts! Really atmospheric and fun day out.
