Mandy they're absolutely gorgeous, and we love the names! 2 rescued rooks here at present, keeping me rather busy with hand feeding every 2hrs or so! Hope to get Josh to post updates and pics at the weekend. Jo

Hi Jo, glad you liked the pics of the foals, they really are adorable and getting bigger by the day. This batch are very cocky and confident, scared of nothing and love to get visitors. They like to practice racing the grand national in the evenings which is such fun to watch!!! We call all the colts names relating to weather and all the fillies have names relating to plants, last year we had Beltane Mist (born on the 2nd of May), Zephyr and Charlies Thyme (named after my father in law who died a week before she was born, it's fun trying to come up with good names.

Lots of luck with your two babies, you must be exhausted! I don't don't know where you find the time but soooo worth it when you end up with healthy, happy adult birds.

Magic is moulting big style, I was concerned that he had started plucking his feathers last week cause there were so many lying in the bottom of his cage but after careful watching he's just moulting and really looks motheaten, poor thing but he will look very handsome when all his new ones are in. I'm hoping to get Frank to take some video if Magic playing with his toys sometime soon so will let you have it if you want it for the website?

Take care and best wishes, Mandy
