About Me
Well, what can I say? Rooks are my favourite birds, and I have shared my life with several for the last nine years. Currently, I have four permanent residents, plus three carrion crows and one jackdaw. Spring is here and I'm currently looking forward to the usual intake of adorable nestlings/fledglings. Happily, I have a new aviary this year (nicknamed Rookingham Palace) just for the purpose of raising youngsters for release. BigBird and Oscar (pictured) got a bit grouchy with having the young ones in with them last year.
